More intuitive block navigation

Thanks for that @SirCaptain , but ideally you should make 1 post per request, to help out the devs parse it.

I made some comments below. I also mention some existing posts that already might address some of your requests (if they do, please vote on them!).

1. The navigation feels unnatural when the cursor is at the start of a line and I press left. Simply, nothing happens. What should happen is that the cursor should move to the previous line, like pressing the up button

Unexpected behaviour using arrows to move cursor across blocks

Using arrows to move the cursor within a Block works as expected. If the cursor is over the word “banana” (image below) and I press ↓, the cursor goes to the word “apple”. [image] I’d expect that if I press ↓ again, the cursor would go to “porsche” (in the next Block). But it goes to the end of the first block instead. 2. It would be nice if "ctrl + . " could be added as a way to collapse/uncollapse a toggle

I like that. Even better, CTRL ± to unfold/fold next/previous levels.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It’s a personal preference how you use your keyboard to interact with software (that’s why I like the Customizable keyboard shortcuts feature request). To outline the current behavior for toggle blocks as tested on Anytype for Windows 0.24.0. To make a new toggle use ">" + space, then a name OR use toggle in the / (slash) menu Note that the behavior between “>” and /toggle is different! “>” creates a toggle and expands the toggle…

3. If I begin highlighting multiple blocks by pressing shift+down, or shift+up, then I let go of shift and press down or up, I find that the cursor is back at the starting block. The cursor should instead be at the most recently select block, not the starting block.

Might be best to add this to one of the existing posts regarding multi-block selection.
