Please restore the feature of opening a bookmark as an object when tapping it

What do you need help with?

I can’t open bookmark as an object in the search result no longer since Anytype android 0.39.
Can I rollback to Anytype v0.38 version? (previous version)

Bookmarks
Open in browser: Tapping a bookmark now opens it in your browser by default. You can still open bookmark objects in the editor via All Objects → Bookmark → long click menu → open as Object.

The way “All Objects → Bookmark → long click menu → open as Object.” is too annoying to me. This doesn’t make sense to me that doing this everytime I search an bookmark object.

Hi, Filip,

Now I can’t use the Anytype 0.38.X version.

Anytype is not incompatible, so I can’t sync with Anytype Network. (But it’s ok if I can sync with my device in the local network)

Also, I can’t recover my space anymore. So I can’t use the older version anymore.

Is this intended behavior? Is the recovering in the 0.38.X version no longer supported?

  • Feature request: Could you provide the feature that provides the option to open a bookmark type as an object when tapping for backward compatibility? This is my core use case. please.
