If I shoot a commercial that needs casting, on Notion I would create a page per actor/model with photo, videos, resume, etc.. and in a Kanban view I would create different status (1st choice, client choice, booked, in option,..), The images displayed allows me to move profiles without the need to open the pages.

I think in both gallery and Kanban we should be able to display cover images or first image content as well
I agree that this is one of the main things which is lacking in Anytype for me. It is currently quite tedious that you need to add a cover image in order to have the image displayed in the gallery view.
It would add immensely to the experience of the app if we would be able to display the first image in the content in both the gallery and Kanban views.
Even better would be if the app would allow embedding of content from the internet (e.g. social media posts or profiles (Instagram / LinkedIn, …) other than the embed types such as Youtube and Google maps which already exist).
It would be great if this embedded view (or any images in it) could also be pulled into the gallery and Kanban views if the embed constitutes the first image in the content. This would make the app more suitable for creatives who want to save visual ideas.
