Copy/pasting a toggle only pastes the header

WHAT IS THE BUG

Copy/pasting a toggle moves the toggle header, not the toggle content.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Select a toggle header (open or closed)

Copy toggle header

Paste toggle header

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The complete toggle, header and content, should be copied and pasted

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

Maybe the intended behaviour is different for closed and opened toggles?

Some users will want/need an option to choose whether the header only is pasted?
