Undo should always works

Undo (CTRL+Z) must always not, not sometimes only.
This impacts confidence in the use of the tool and degrades the UX (because you’re implementing palliatives to this problem).

HOW COULD IT BE DONE?

Build an undo process that can work everywhere.

Undo changing "done" status of the task

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND? Mass publishing is very welcome! But it’s still laborious to use. Not least because you have to click on validate to save and then confirm that you’re sure! Other applications update as soon as you make a change: it’s really fast and pleasant! Not to mention Notion, which is awesome in terms of UX at this level… (And if you make a mistake, CTRL+Z works just fine).
