Some requests and issues for ui/ux

Hello! First, thanks for your work. I really love anytype idea and your design of work and community approach, nice vibe.

Questions/Requests now:

1. I stuck at human entity of my clients, if I add “phone” relation second time it mirrors the first one. How can I handle a second number/mobile/messanger number? Traders usually have at least 2 numbers… same for e-mail.

2. Spaces inconvenience.
   2.1. On mac I can’t hide space shelves without hiding the whole spaces menu. If spaces are hidden, the only way you can acess them/main menu is to navigate to mac top toolbar, press the aplication name and go to settings… too much actions.
   Possible solution: move a coge icon or “settings” text to open main menu from the space change bar. This button should be in the top of the app window, owise it inaccesisble.

   2.2. Maybe it’s just me but… do we really need this giant space change bar? I mean it’s not a discord or chat… You did very well with bottom transparent search/+ bar, so I believe spaces changer can be done better too.
   Possible solution: please inspire of Arc Browser, their spaces solution looks minimal, clean and do the job right. No need to consume giant amount of space for no reason, it’s nor efficient nor fancy

You can just create another relation for it (for example, Second Phone Number).

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND? Just updated to 0.41.21-beta: I found the old way to switch between spaces much better. I could press CTRL+Tab then a small space menu appeared in the middle of the screen. I hovered over the space I want to switch to and it opened the selected space. Now pressing CTRL+Tab is only switching one space at a time in the order of the sidebar. This is annoying and slowing down the workflow heavily. I used to switch between the spaces regurarly (Privat, Work, Family, Side Busin…

You can just create another relation for it (for example, Second Phone Number).

That’s one way to do it, but it has an unpleasant consequence:
If you show the tel.ephone Relation in a Set’s or Collection’s View, you will now need a second (and maybe even third) column.

In my case it was not practicable to add one more column to the View.
Therefore I solved it different, although it’s also not a nice solution:
I simply write the two or three tel. numbers in the same field, divided by a semicolon.

123/ 45 67 89; 0172/ 11 22 33 44

The disadvantage in this case is, that it becomes impossible to have a sorted list of tel. numbers.

The true solution will be, if we finally get real Relations that can do stuff, as well a reworked Sets and Collections.
Then it would make sense to have as many Relations as a person has tel. numbers and to present them in only one column in the Grid View, but if necessary two times or three times on the correct position according to the sorting settings.

I believe we need to wait a long time till this comes (hopefully) true.
