Black icon could hardly be seen in dark mode.

Option 1: Smarter dark theme e.g. smart invert / brightness adjustment for icons
Option 2: Icon Border for Graph view (Like in object view)

Option 2 is probably more design consistent and is unlikely to interrupt other parts of the program. But I do like the current clean design without border…
REAL WORLD USE CASES
For all those who like black or dark colour icons, users can see clearly with graph view.
RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES
User can manually select or use icons with border or more colours to avoid being unable to see the icons.
