To summarize, right now it is not possible to implement this usecase in anytype. The missing pieces are
- A way to display the full text of a note in a query as mentioned here: Option to show the content (blocks) of an Object in Set view (full or partial) . This FR is a bit older already and has not seen much activity.
- A way to quickly capture new notes/memories with a custom date property set to the current day. Creation date will not suffice since some entries may be dated back when added to Anytype later.
On the bright side, you have a lovely community going 
Anytype has much going for itself and i really hope that one day it may also work for me.
