Shortcut Conflict: "Table of Contents" & "Open Properties"

The shortcut “Table of Contents” and “Open Properties” conflict. When “ToC” is pressed first, then “Open Properties” the ToC simply closes, instead of opening the Properties. And vice versa.

This issue has been fixed by the Development Team and will be implemented in an upcoming release.
