First of all, I agree it would be so awesome if Anytype could replace all those tools . I mainly use OneNote and To Do because I’m working at a Microsoft oriented company (and that way I started using their tools for personal use, too), but I’d prefer my data to be mine forever.

As you noted yourself already, Anytype is indeed in an alpha stage. Once an API is released in directly interact with the underlying database, I expect “the community” should be able to create integrations to (more) easily make Anytype part of other workflows that are currently outside Anytype (either as the starting point, intermediate, or endpoint of your workflow).

Could you elaborate what kind of use cases you have in mind, just to get an idea in what direction(s) you are thinking.
It feels to me like the Anytype team has found their way with the Object paradigm, but due to the early stage of development, not all practicalities around this have been ironed out. I think these are some discussions you might find useful or interesting:
