Selection disappear on back to front word selections

WHAT IS THE BUG

When add new lines, if starts a selection box (ctrl + shift + Left arrow or shift + Left arrow) from back to front the first character or word exit of selection box, but when the selection pass to next word or character the selection starts again from the next word right after and starts to acts normally (but is possible to recreate in each new line created).

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

  1. Create a new line
  2. Write 2 or more words (needs a space between)
  3. Start to select (ctrl + shift + Left arrow or shift + Left arrow) from back to front
  4. I was able to provide you a video capture of the bug, here it is:

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the line be selected “without stops”.
