I am unable to recreate it consistently, however, there have been several instances where I quit out of the anytype desktop app and when I reopen it, I am not prompted for my pin and the option to have a pin has been reset. I have to create the pin again for it to work again.
How To Reproduce It
Unsure exactly how. Always happens when I quit the desktop app and reopen it to log in, but is inconsistent and only happens sometimes.
The Expected Behavior
When a pin is set, it should always be prompted when opening the app and should not reset your vault to not having a pin.

This happens to me too, but occasionally. When I run Anytype for the first time after rebooting my laptop, it sometimes doesn’t ask for the PIN. In subsequent tests without rebooting the device, closing and reopening the application never happens. This has been happening to me since a few versions, definitely 0.49 and 0.50.
My system is Windows 10 Pro 191045, and the current version of Anytype is 0.50.3.
Yes, this happens to me all the time too. When I launch the desktop version of the app, it simply opens the space. But if I wait, it prompts me for a PIN. This is very frustrating because I keep very personal notes there, like my diary. I really wouldn’t want this bug to lead to anyone seeing this. Please fix it.
By the way, I never had this problem before. Everything worked like a charm.

I encountered an issue today. After turning on my computer, I opened Anytype, but the PIN code input screen didn’t appear—instead, it let me log in directly. I closed the software and reopened it, and then it returned to normal, requiring me to enter the PIN code.
For some reason, the app will just login/go into the vault without asking for the pin although it supposedly asks for it every time the app is restarted.
How To Reproduce It
I don’t know.
