Grey Line disappearing between Columns

WHAT IS THE BUG

Disappearing of the column grey vertical line when hovering the mouse over it.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

When I create a column within a toggle list as seen in the video and then hover my mouse over the transient dividing grey line between the columns, the vertical line disappears although the column width cursor appears. But if I move the cursor away from the transient vertical grey line to the blocks, the vertical line appears.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Basically, the vertical line should appear at the same time when the mouse cursor appears and then you can grab any part of the line to change the width of the columns.

@sambouwer My file is a little big and when I tried uploading it, it would not let me and asked me to host it on another site & provide a link. Hence I linked it.
