Describe the bug
Dragging a block and moving the cursor out of the Anytype windows makes the view scroll upwards

To Reproduce

  1. Open any page with a scrollbar
  2. Drag a block to the bottom to make the view scroll downwards
  3. Move the cursor outside the Anytype window

Expected behavior
The view should either stop scrolling or keep going downwards.

System Information:

  • OS: Windows 10/11
  • Anytype Version: 0.31.0

Additional context
Really annoying when trying to move a block all the way to the bottom of the page (often you hit the windows bar).

Yes, just replicated on Windows 10 / Anytype 0.31.0
