Default object type always sets back to "Note" after some time

WHAT IS THE BUG

After some time (or maybe after an update?!) both on macOS and iOS the default default object type always sets back to Note even though I always set it back to Page

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

  1. Set your default object type in settings to something different than Note
  2. Wait some time until it is set back to Note

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The default object type should never set back or to anything other than I defined in this setting. Ideally this setting should also sync between clients

It happened again. My default object type was set to Page and after updating to 0.35.15-beta it was changed to Note.

@philoup Is it still in issue in the latest version 0.36.0+?

No fortunately it was no issue when I updated to 0.36.0 on macOS and to 0.26.0 on iOS. My default type “Page” stayed the default and I hope this bug won’t have a revival :upside_down_face:
