Collection Widget, newly created objects don't get added

What’s The Bug?

I have this collection and I created a widget from it.
Newly created objects from within the widget don’t get added to the collection.

How To Reproduce It

  1. create a collection
  2. create a widget out of it
  3. try to use the widget for creating a new object
  4. notice that it doesn’t get added to the collection

What’s The Bug?

when i add a new page to a collection from the sidebar widget it doesn’t add it to the collection just creates a new page

How To Reproduce It

  1. Create a collection and a widget for that collection in the side bar
  2. Click on the + button of the widget to add a new page
  3. page is created but not in the collection just independently

Additional Context

sidenote: there is another bug where titled pages appear as untitled on the pages widget but i don’t know how to reproduce it and that’s not the main bug i’m reporting
