I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again and that seemed to fix it! Here is the current console after it was fixed:
thanks! we can definitely make release notes copyable. as for search—can’t reproduce it on my end, works perfectly here. a bug report would be super helpful so we can dig into why it’s acting up on your machine.
thanks for the request and feedback! it’s actually an api feature, not a search feature. the real question is—why the api before in-app global search? simple: it’s not the main priority right now. the next update will be a big one, and step by step, we’ll align what we want with what we have.
I was using 44 on Linux Mint. The 45 App Image as well as Deb install did not work: both are killed and give no response. I tried both several times including restarts and fresh installs.
Luckily: reinstall of 44 went well, up again!
All good, thanks! ![]()
Even with the hotfix, collections and graph view are still not working for me.
Somewhat unrelated, as I will probably wait for the next hotfix, but where can I get the priority support promised in the builder package?
We are working on a hotfix, this is the matter that can’t be resolved with priority support unfortunately.
When I updated to version 0.45.1, I encountered the same issue as mentioned above. Some of my sets and all the items within my collections have disappeared. I cannot find any of the missing data even through search. Please assist in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Thx, Anytype team, for this update the biggest highlight for me is the space panel redesign. Finally, my feedback about removing the dock in the desktop version has been achieved. The navigation buttons, the create object button, and others are now perfectly located and future-proof, in case for adding the tabs feature.
One side note: I hope there will be some improvements to the creation menu for specific object types later, such as:
- Reordering manually and sorting automatically by A-Z name or recently used types.
- Fully displaying all types, as the older version showed more at the first glance without additional scrolling or at least making the menu taller to show more.
- Adding a clear divider between pinned and unpinned types would also be a very welcome change.
Awesome update! Was not at all expecting RTL, but glad it’s here! Love seeing this application growing!
Yes, or a small pin icon on each pinned tab
My little suggestion:
This web publishing feature is quite nifty. I see that it displays relation content in the published web page, which is really excellent! This is promising to me because it shows one way that we can get full content out (and use it in other ways). I really hope that it will not be long before AnyType makes this happen for its markdown export feature and for simple copy/paste functionalities (to other tools or within AnyType).
related:
I just wanted to add I had the same issue with ubuntu. Anytype just does not start any more.
Button “create new object” in list view widget for kanban boards stopped working.
Hey @Self-Perfection could you make a bug report on this? It will help team keep track and fix the bug.
