Anytype Desktop 0.43.0 Released!

@emarpiee Click the 3 dots on All Objects.
At this time I haven’t found a way to display it like before in the widgets sidebar.

Omg, thank you! It’d be awesome if they brought the widget bin back. :point_right::point_left:

Only if optional (I don’t want it  )

It’s back now in 0.43.5.

Just updated to 43.5, but the Bin is missing from both the sidebar and All Objects in only 2 out of 5 of my spaces. I will try restarting before making a bug report.

We’re already working on fixing it, and we hope on releasing a fix soon (0.43.6).

The Bin appeared in sidebar after I sent an object in the bin. :slightly_smiling_face:

Would you consider doiing the same for types and relations widget?

Are you referring to the old library? It has been merged with the new All Objects widget.

you can also create a set for types and put that in the sidebar

Yeah, but is there an option to put it back in the sidebar just like the bin?

No, this widget has been removed in favor of the new All Objects one. But you can still do something like this:

What is changed in 0.43.7 & 0.43.8?

Can we please get patchnotes for the minor updates as well so we know what changed?

Release v0.37.4 · anyproto/anytype-heart · GitHub data race fixes in middleware
Comparing v0.43.7...v0.43.8 · anyproto/anytype-ts · GitHub

hi Jeroen!
here’s the changelog for 0.43.7

as for 0.43.8, it was deployed with the latest version of the middleware and includes some data race fixes (see comment by Razor)

I see that it says “Implemented a new progress bars system”??

Awhh, my first thought was that it was a progress bar like the one Notion has, I was so excited + confused like since when–?? But thanks for linking the explanation, much appreciated!

Thank you, I completely missed these patchnotes, both on the forum and in the app.

I hope that each small update will get written patchnotes like this, this makes it very clear for everyone what changed.

As for 0.43.8, it is clear what you say, thanks.

I don’t understand how github works so when I click on the link it is not clear for me what has changed. Perhaps I need to create an account to see the patchnotes but reading code is not something in my skillset (sadly) so a small writen patchnote like you just made is very welcome thanks.
