A Toggle-Block throws me out if I try to insert two new lines between existing lines

What’s The Bug?

See the title.

How To Reproduce It

  1. Open a Toggle with some lines in it.
  2. Put the cursor at the end of one of these lines.
  3. Press Enter → a new line is inserted, as expected.
  4. Now press Enter a second time. → the before inserted line diasappears! Instead, a new line appears below the Toggle-Block!

Now we have (unintended) a new line below the Toggle-Block, but no longer a new line inside it!
And the cursor stands in that new line under the Toggle-Block, although the intention was, to write something new inside the toggle.

The Expected Behavior

I would expect two new lines inside the Toggle.
