0.47.40-beta - Setting the exact default page type width is currently based on guessing

What’s The Bug?

Setting the default width of the object type “page”: The value generated by the slider for setting the default width of a page is no longer displayed live, so you can only guess which value the slider is currently set to.

This forces you to try several times to set the exact desired page width in pixels.

This issue did not exist before and was introduced with one of the last versions.

How To Reproduce It

  1. Try to set a specific page type width by editing the page type
  2. The values generated by the slider are not displayed

The Expected Behavior

The expected behavior would be as it worked previously: every change to the slider should be reflected in the display of the value as a percentage, so that the desired value can be set precisely.
