Could you share a little more information—are you able to get into your vault and see all your channels? Does refreshing/restarting the app resolve the issue?

I assume you’re reporting an issue where this displays upon computer restart and reopening of the app only.

On initial start, I am unable to access channels, spaces, or anything. After I go into the tray, right click the Anytype icon and exit, then start the app again, all spaces/channels become accessible.

When this happens to you again, can you share a screenshot? Additionally, does refreshing Anytype (rather than close and restarting it) resolve the issue?

I managed to get this error to appear again after restarting.

After pressing “Ok”, I get this screen:

After refreshing with Ctrl+R, it disappears and the app is usable normally.

Thanks for sharing this. We’ll try to reproduce the issue and get it fixed.

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please reproduce the issue and select Debug → Export report from the app menu? You can send the generated file to [email protected] along with a link to this topic. It will help us to understand what is exactly happening on your machine
