Weird behavior when creating a new object relation with object type limit

WHAT IS THE BUG

Creating an object relation in the object view has a weir behavior that results in a duplicated entry.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Video:

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Either the menu should disappear when adding the object type limit or the relation should not be added when clicking on the object type limit.

SYSTEM INFORMATIONS

  • OS: Windows 10
  • Device: Custom PC
  • Anytype Version: 0.28.20-beta

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

Can’t try to replicate in 0.28.0-beta because of another bug: "Object" relation is broken after the 0.28 update but I’m sure this happened in earlier versions too.
Also notice the small bug: Clicking on "Select relation type" closes the menu

Can confirm this.
It seems the relation is added before finishing the process. So the button at the end adds it again.

Update (Windows 10 / Anytype 0.31.0)
The menu still behaves weirdly as the relation gets added before clicking on “save”, however the button at the end now does not add the relation again.

@kerbless If you can reproduce this in the latest Nightly version, you’re going to need to make a new bug report there. The devs aren’t excepting reports from months old versions.

Thanks

No bug reports for the latest stable release for nightly testers then?

Report it only if it can be produced on the current Nightly version. This is temporary until 0.32.0 is out
