Version 0.56.0 desktop and Android 0.48.9 Selfhost chat loading icon is there even when message is delivered

WHAT IS THE BUG

Chat messages delivers but the loading icon stay still in the desktop client

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Just send a message in chat when you are self hosting

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Describe what you expected to happen:

The loading clock icon used to dissaper when message delivered

at this point im thinking this update is not compatible with the official self host docker boundle maybe

Yes, The desktop Client stopped working with official Anytype self host solution after updating to the latest release

Can you please show what node version are you running?

docker ps -a

  • If all of them are v0.11.x or v0.12.x, they should work, we need to debug. It would be helpful if you could send a Debug - Export Report from the desktop app. You can send it to [email protected].
  • If they are older than v0.11, you need to run make update.
  • If they are v0.11, it still makes sense to try to update to the latest version and see if it help
