WHAT IS THE BUG
No matter if you press Ctrl + F in a chat, or if you click on the magnifying glass: nothing happens.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT
See above.

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Something like a search menu should appear.

Maybe you have some other shortcut for it? Or console errors?

Nope, my usual search inside of Object is Ctrl + F.
It works in Pages, but not in chats. Nothing happens.
And a click on the magnyfying glass also does nothing.

In the console seems to happen nothing when I do one of the mentioned actions.
(But I must admit that the console was always a bit mysterious to me.)

Ah, I’ve just find out that it happens only in a modal window.
In fullscreen it works.

Edit: nooo, it not really works … I can only type my search term, but it doesn’t find it. :-/

Yes, the issue unfortunately still persists in v0.54.2

Hey! Does the issue still persist in the latest alpha versions? If so, could you please briefly explain what the issue is again?

In v0.54.9 the search in chats works.
