WHAT IS THE BUG
Account accessible on windows computer and iphone is unable to be logged into via passkey or qr code.
HOW TO REPRODUCE IT
Outline the steps needed to reproduce the behavior in sequence:
- Open App
- Click on “I already have a key”
- Enter Passkey
- ᅟNo error message, just endless loading.
Alternatively,
- Open App
- Click on “I already have a key”
- Enter with QR Code
- Scan code from anytype launched on phone or desktop
- Error: “Invalid Key”
“Copy Link” on account QR page on working device, when sent to android tablet, launches app but does not log into account.
Additional Context
With a little testing, it seems like the only way to log into a previously made account (making an account works fine) is by copying and pasting the passkey directly from the app. Below, the technical information is connected to a newly made account on the android tablet.
