Toggles: impossible to move a Block from outside into the Toggle at the end position

What’s The Bug?

As the title says.

How To Reproduce It

  1. Have a Toggle with at least one Block inside it.
  2. Have another Block outside that Toggle.
  3. Try to move that block inside the Toggle on the end position.

The Expected Behavior

It should be possible to move Blocks on any position in the Toggle, that includes o course the end position.
