System design in Anytype with regard to spaces

What do you need help with?

Hi,
is it better to create space for every new “topic” that I wan to systematize? Or just keep everything in one space and use another space only when I need to separate the information?
I’m also asking about potential possibilities of “linking objects between spaces”. Will be possible something like:

  • create list in space and link there objects from two another spaces
  • link objects from any space*s to a currant space as property based on predefined relation

Additional Context

Witch example is better for personal use?

  1. Space with to-do system, library database, habits and journal,…
  2. Standalone spaces for every topic

I’m not looking for the best solution because I think the solution depends on the usage. So feel free to just share personal experience or why to choose this or other way.

After working with Anytype for some time, I found that it makes sense for my use case not to let individual spaces become too large and to divide information areas that do not require shared properties into multiple individual spaces.

Since I use widgets as my main navigation, the widget bar quickly became overloaded for me in larger spaces. Several smaller spaces have therefore proven to be much more useful for me.

However, it is important to be aware that spaces represent their own databases and properties only work within a space.
Yet links to objects in another space can be set (text links, bookmarks). Blocks can be copied and pasted, but objects must be transferred via export/import.
