What’s The Bug?
- deleted the whole anytype directory
- logged in fresh in my self hosted instance
- everything seems to sync as it should and no outstanding items are shown in contrast to my other issue here: Logged in fresh, Sync never finishes
- but
- the sync icon never stops pulsating and the status always stays at “syncing”
I can “solve” this issue in two ways:
- Delete an object
- when I put any object whatsoever into the bin and empty the bin
- the sync status changes to synced
- Add a P2P device
- when I add another device so P2P in the same network kicks in
- the sync status changes to synced
if I now again, delete my local data and again login fresh, the same thing happens and everything is reproducible
I am uncertain if everything is okay, if my data is intact or if something is corrupted.
The server contains 2 spaces, both spaces have this issue, both spaces are based on one Anytype JSON export (zipped).

The Expected Behavior
- no sync issues
- see at least what is wrong, some kind of status, why it doesn’t finish the sync
