Space tab somtimes not working till restart of PC

What do you need help with?

I startet a new vault a few days ago. Starting to build my space with sets and populating it with tasks and so on. Sometimes in the middle of working suddenly the space bar does not do anything anymore, so I can not type the space between words. Closing and opening Obsidian does nothing, but restarting my PC works.
I do not know if Performance is the right category.
What can cause this and how can I prevent that?

You could try to reload the Anytype window:
Main drop-down menu on top / Window / Reload
(Or simply press Ctrl + R)

If that works, then there was some kind of “overflow”.
This can happen from time to time, depending from the usage.

Yes, we’re aware of this pesky bug at times. Usually refreshing (CMD/CTRL + R) resolves it.

I saw this bug a lot (myself) in previous versions, but I thought we resolved it. Thanks for reporting.

Thank you I did not have this problem now to test. This sounds like a good tipp.
