Simple Table: Feature to declare a specific table cell as a Property (and basic math)

I know, math functions for the Simple Table was always an often requested feature.
But let me bring in a new idea that was never requested (but I believe everyone would have good use for):

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

When it comes to managing stock levels, there are two features that would be very useful to me:

  1. It should be possible to designate a specific cell in the table as a ‘property’.
The content of this cell could then appear in Views like the usual properties.

  2. As often requested, the Simple Table should be able to do at least basic math.
    – I know it’s complicated stuff and the team is somehow reluctant to implement it. But really: at least the four basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) would already help sooo much!

HOW COULD IT BE DONE?

See above.

REAL WORLD USE CASES

Example:
For managing stock levels, I need the option in Pages, to add or subtract pieces of that item.
In the end there should be a cell that shows me the automatic calculated result.

Then I want to declare the result cell as a property, so that it shows up in Views.

Managing stock levels is only one single example; in deed I have multiple very different use cases for that and there was never an acceptable workaround.
Over time, I added more and more data into Anytype, but I can’t seriously use it for simple stock management.
It’s paradox and redundant to have some data not only in Anytype, but also in an external software (for example in Excel), although I only need the most basic math functions, as well as the feature to see the result as a property field in the Views.
