Describe the bug

The re-arrangement or re-ordering of views does not work in sets

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

    1. Create a new set
    1. add a couple of views to the set.
    1. try to rearrange the views
    1. find out that they do not rearrange.

Expected behavior

The re-ordering should remain, it should not reset.

  • OS: Windows 10

This was fixed and is working in the current releases.
