One to one chat doesn't reopen when a message is sent

WHAT IS THE BUG
I’m closing a one-on-one chat.

The other person is sending me messages, but the chat isn’t reopening. I’m not getting any notifications either, so I don’t know about it.
As Filip^mentioned here, the chat should reopen.

About the notification part: on our side, when a new message is sent in a 1-to-1 chat, the conversation should reappear automatically. Since this seems to behave differently for you, could you please submit a bug report so we can investigate it properly? THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The chat should reopen. Or we should see a notification that we’ve received a message, with the option to view it (and thus reopen the chat).

Oh, it might work in version 0.54.9; it would only be buggy in the alpha versions
