Before 0.28, I could move a block across the length of the page and drop it anywhere on the same page, but cannot do so anymore.
Select a block to move to the top of the page content
Keep dragging till you reach the top of the page
Try to drop the selected blog at desired location
The block won’t move. See the error.
I was able to provide you a video capture of the bug, here it is:

Blocks move fine when there is no page scroll involved.

Describe the bug
Moving a block out of the Anytype windows makes the view scroll upwards
To Reproduce
Open any page with a scrollbar
Move a block to the bottom to make the view scroll downwards
Move the block outside the Anytype window
Expected behavior
The view should either stop scrolling or keep going downwards.
System Information:
OS: Windows 10/11
Anytype Version: 0.31.0

Not quite. This is a separate issue, which I have observed albeit only once-twice. Mine is more concerned with moving the blocks. I am trying to move a block from the end of the page to the first fold of it, but it never lets me drop it to the desired location.
When there is no scrollbar then drag and drop of blocks is working fine.
I can reproduce this on Anytype 0.29.1 on Windows. @abheek thanks for reporting!
