Line Breaks (SHIFT + ENTER) doesn't work at the end of a bullet point

There have been some previous reports on broken line breaks, but they are a couple years old, so I thought I’d make a new one.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

  1. Create a bulleted list and add some text

  2. Press SHIFT + ENTER at the end for a line break

  3. Move to the next bullet point (or some other type of block) and one of the following things will happen (seemingly at random):

  • A line break was added (as expected)
  • No (visible) line break was added
  • The line break was visible at first, but upon moving to another block it dissappeared
  • A double line break was added (instead of a single one) and trying to remove the second one will result in both of them dissappearing
  • A double line break was visible at first but upon moving to another block it became a single line break (yay I guess…?)
  1. Editing another bullet point might cause additional chaos

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Before the last big release, I constantly used SHIFT + ENTER to create line breaks inside bulleted lists without any issues whatsoever.

ADDITIONAL CONTEXT

After the last big release, all kind of line breaks were broken, but right now only bulleted lists seem to be affected.

I’ve tested these and have not noticed the issue. Can you share a screen recording of what you mean?
