KRunner is the launcher (like PowerToys Run before it was cool) built into the Plasma desktop. It’s basic function is to launch programs from a sort of mini-command-line, its functionality can be extended by “runners”.
I find it really useful for opening a specific document (as it can search in file contents) with one click and an Anytype runner would be really useful. For example, searching for text opens the object that contains it, or searching for an object lets you open Anytype at a specific object.
