Like on Notion where on a Board view over a database you can Group By one property to get a basic Kanban layout and then have the option do define a Sub-Grouping by another property do create swimlanes based on that second property.
Also while on topic, like on Notion the Broup by setting should also placed inside the Groups menu, they have it duplicated both when configuring the layout and on the groups menu, but it makes sense, I had a hard time figuring where to change the Group by setting.
