Appreciate that it’s on the team’s radar. I really hope Anytype can make some improvements here soon. I’m trying to move some small communities I’m in to using Anytype for collaboration but the battery drain issue is a huge obstacle. Folks are not going to be able to adopt it if they can’t reliably access it on their devices.
Thank you for the reply. I guess my next question is whether the issue can actually be fixed, or is it a limitation/restriction with IOS (i.e. not being able to access the lower level architecture (kernal).
The reason I ask this is because this issue does not apparently affect the Android community. Presumable the mobile apps are similar enough BUT the underlying OS access/APIs are potentially very different
Is there any idea about timeframes? Is this actively being worked on?
