When I try to enter with my key on the app it shows an error, how can I solve it?
I have downloaded the app from the website (universal apk)

By the way, I am a fool and originally I posted a screenshot with my key in the background XD, I deleted it then uploaded a new one, I hope it is not saved in any server after deleting it here.

Can you please share which device are you using? Do you have 4+GB of RAM?

I thought it had 4GB, but I have checked and it has 2 aparently, might it be the problem?

Yes, the minimum requirement is 4GB of RAM, and this is why you’re getting this error.
