How is the state of the markdown exportation? Concern about future-proof

Hello everyone. A new member here.

I’m going to start a new personal journey in which I’m going to need to get organised and have a system of notes.
I’ve been using Notion for my projects and for my guitar studies, and I’ve had a few attempts with Obsidian to build a PKM, but never got around to it.

In the last few days I have been investigating alternatives to Notion, and the one that has caught my attention is AnyType.
Initially, I considered using AnyType for project management and other things, and Obsidian as my main tool for taking notes of all kinds.
But as I have learned more about AnyType…bufff. I really think I could build all my system and workflow I have in mind in AnyType. I’d really like to give it a try, because it really is awesome. Hell, I’m even considering to using it for some work stuff.

There are just a couple of things that are still holding me back from taking the plunge.

The first is that it is still in beta. Although it seems like a pretty mature project compared to a year ago and it’s in its final phase, I’m a bit afraid to use it as my only tool.
The good thing is that I’m starting from scratch, and if I end up losing something, which I don’t think I will, and I can make periodic backups, it wouldn’t be years and years of lost notes. I’m sure that by the time I have enough notes and data, the app will have improved a lot or even be already a stable version.

The second is the one that matters most to me, and that is whether it is sufficiently future-proof. That’s why the question of the topic. I haven’t found much, just a post about 4 months ago in Reddit where a user commented in the AnyType subreedit that the export to Markdown was still quite deficient, and here a few posts in the Bugs area.

So I wanted to know, first, the status of the export to Markdown, and second, if you think that this export, even with improvements, can be future proof, and if by some misfortune that I hope doesn’t happen AnyType disappears, it would be possible to export my notes to Markdown without losing important information that I have generated over time.

I know it’s still in beta, and if the Markdown export is still not very fine, I’m sure it will be in the near future.
But even if it is, intuiting that the file format AnyType uses I don’t think it has anything to do with Markdown and many things that can be done in this app I don’t think are replicable in default Markdown, do you think the export will be good enough to future-proof our notes and data if AnyType ceases to exist?

Maybe a good starting point:

In the latest version, we very much improved a markdown file export, now it’s includes all properties.
