WHAT IS THE BUG
Clicking “Copy Link” does not copy link unless window is active
HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Go to a page with links (not bookmarks, which do not have “Copy Link” option) on it

Select another application on your desktop (without obscuring AnyType)

Hover over the link. A helper dialog will appear.

Hover over “Copy Link”. The words will highlight.

Click “Copy Link”. The dialog will close.
- “Link has been copied to clipboard” toast does not appear.

In the other window, ctrl+v to paste the link
- Turns out the link didn’t get copied to the clipboard
THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The link is pasted in the other window
ADDITIONAL CONTEXT
- On Mac, the hover dialog does not even appear, which seems more sensible. This is happening on PopOS COSMIC (Wayland). I didn’t check Windows.
- None of the other options in that dialog seem to have an effect either.
- Surprisingly, the hover options (“Add icon”) at the top of the page do have an effect even when AnyType is not initially the active window.
