Granular controls for syncing/downloading files to different devices

Give users more granular controls for downloading files onto their devices.

1. Download each file individually
2. Only download files of certain type (PDFs and images only, or audio only)
3. Only download files below a certain size (only download files < 5mb, or < 50mb)
4. Only download all files in a specific space and not the whole vault
5. Ability to choose to download only to particular devices and not all devices.
6. Set a timer for the files to get deleted automatically (delete from device xyz after 5 days / 2 weeks / 1 month / a specific date / never)

Maybe even a files manager within each space settings and again in the vault settings showing for all the space.
