With the new update of object creation at ‘dock’, may we have type-enable search straight after opt+shift+N? This would support full keyboard access. To add, this helps smoother workflow when the screen is not in full size, the search button is not visible. [image]

I’d like global shortcuts - so I can press a keyboard shortcut from any app and it opens a new object of my choice - ideally configurable where I can choose type and space for each shortcut

@MikeyP do you know that you can click the “+” symbol in the navigation bar with the right mousekey instead of the left? It gives you the choice then. Edit: Ah, I get it now what you want: You want to see there also all available Object Types, correct? This is worthy a FR in my opinion!
