Does Anytype keep trying to sync media even when the online storage is full?
If yes, does this behaviour constantly occupy resources?
No, the app should not keep trying to sync when your storage is full. There was a bug for this a few months ago, but it should be resolved already. The app will try to sync periodically (to check), but it shouldn’t occupy a lot of resources.
