Date relation should create a Link relation to that date

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

It would be useful if a date relation would also set a link to that date in the “Links” relation like for example an object based relation does.

REAL WORLD USE CASES

I wanted to create a set that lists everything that links to today.

It is nice that I can view the linked objects in a date object but if I could create an inline set for it (for my today page), that would be neat.

If a date relation would also fill the Links relation I could create my own inline set for that purpose.

I am super happy about the date as object feature. But I have relations called date of publishing to keep track of when different books of movies were published. There ar other date type relations as well. But The dates added to these date type relations don’t seem to lead to an object. Is this a bug? If this is not a bug then please give away to add these date in date type relations to the date as objects feature.

REAL WORLD USE CASES

Some dates are at mentions, and some are in date-type relations. To provide a full view of the things happening in a day both should be included in the date as relation option. Otherwise we lose the context of all the things happening in a particular day.

RECOMMENDED ALTERNATIVES

Go back and re do all dates as at mention? I don’t think that is actually practical. :sweat_smile:
