"Date & include time" property rendered as "Line" in the header doesn't allow setting the time

When adding a “Date” property with “include time” enabled to a post’s header, and setting its display to render as “Line”, the time portion becomes unavailable — only the date can be picked, not the time.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a Date property to an object, enable “include time”.
  2. Place it in the header, set its render style to “Line”.
  3. Try to set/edit the time value.

Expected: Both date and time are editable, matching the “include time” setting.

Actual: Only the date picker shows up; there’s no way to set the time in this view.
