Can't change the font color of bold (Italic, underline) text

WHAT IS THE BUG

Can’t change the font color of bold text.

Update: It doesn’t work for Italic, Strikethrough and underline either.

HOW TO REPRODUCE IT

Experiment 1:

  1. Change the color of text.
  2. Bold (Italic, underline, strikethrough) the text.
  3. Change the color of text again, can see it doesn’t work.

Experiment 2:

  1. Bold (Italic, underline, strikethrough) the text.
  2. Change the color of text. (once, OK)
  3. Change the color of text. (twice, OK)
  4. Change the color of text. (three times, failure)

Bonus:
One more interesting thing: pasting something after the text or removing the font style will recover the color. (shown as the first and the last case in the video)

THE EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Can change font color whatever the text looks like.
