Bookmarks/pages duplication on creation

What’s The Bug?

When I create bookmarks not sometimes but almost every 2nd time the newly created bookmark is instantly duplicated. This also happens with pages.

How To Reproduce It

I sent a video.

The Expected Behavior

No duplication of bookmarks on creation.
