Better instruct user how to create new Type from Library

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND

The instructions in the description of the Types tab in the Library is not clear on how new Types can be created. Adding a button “+ New” or “Create”, or adjusting the search field text would help:

Instead of “Click to filter…” I think it is clearer to say (either as text inside or above the search field):

Start typing to search existing Types, or create your own
