Assigning a keyboard shortcut to Toggle Widgets does not work (0.50.29-alpha)

What’s The Bug?

I’ve assigned a keyboard shortcut (ctrl + ` ) to Toggle Widgets. However, after I close the shortcuts view and press ctrl+ ` , nothing happens with the widgets sidebar but a new Page gets created (same as ctrl+N).

The shortcut is the typical show-console shortcut: ctrl + backtick (left of 1 on the keyboard).

How To Reproduce It

Do the above steps.

The Expected Behavior

Pressing ctrl+` (or any set shortcut) would toggle the new Widgets sidebar.

Additional Context

Perhaps this is a known issue, in which case ignore/close.

Could you try again in the latest alpha, and if it doesn’t work, could you share a video of the issue? I’m unable to reproduce it.

Hi, Filip. Yes, still happening with v0.50.33-alpha.

This is after pressing the shortcut, after the notification that “The shortcut has been assigned”:

Moreover, it seems that I can’t delete any of the items in the bin.

After switching back to 0.50.5, I could delete them.
