Unless I missed it, it seems that the API does not allow getting/setting cover images.

In the age of automation with the API and MCP, it is easy to fetch items like movies, etc…. Being able to set the cover (which also can be used as image in the gallery view), would be a great addition to the API.
I did not find any alternative.

I’m trying to power my blog with AnyType and I’d like to use the Object cover images for my blog posts.
Just want to add a quick plus 1. I started using Anytype to create a board game inventory for myself. I used some scripts to import 600 games and while I can set the icon with the API, I can’t set the cover image. This is a bummer because the icon can’t be used in the gallery view as the image. Going through 600 items manually is not insurmountable, I’ll do like 60 a day and eventually get to the end, but it would be great to add this to the API!
